Purchases Made During New Year Sale 2026

During our New Year sale (commencing 1 January 2026), all products discounted 40% or higher are considered FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged unless the item is found to be faulty upon delivery.

Purchases Made Outside of New Year Sale 2026

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, send us a note within the first 60 days after purchase to gday@airely.com so we can better understand your situation and make it right for you.

If a product is to be credited and return shipping is required within the US, we’ll be happy to cover the cost using our preferred method of shipping.

Returns will be refunded in the original payment method at the price you paid for the product.

Please follow these easy steps to process your item for return or exchange:

Item Number requested for return

A brief description of the problem and why you are returning the item. 

We will promptly respond with return instructions.

  • Please do not return anything without first contacting us and receiving a Goods Return Authorization Number 
  • And goods returned are sent with their original packaging

Product Warranty

All of our products come with a one-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship. In fact, Airley products will last for many years if you look after them with care. 

Airley branded products are designed for home use and warranties do not apply if products are used commercially.
